  01 Agri - Commodities

  We offer a wide range of services to help meet the needs and minimize risks of your business. Our proactive inspection services maximize control at every link in the supply chain - from cleanliness inspection of carriers, such as ship holds and hatches, tanks, containers, road trucks, tank lorries, rail wagons and barges, to loading and discharge supervision. With a team of experienced cargo surveyors, I.I.C.L successfully supervises offloading of CPO tankers thereby guaranteeing the quality, quantity, and safe operations. To achieve this, the company has invested training surveyors quantity determination, tanker inspection, and occupational safety. Our clients no longer have to worry of product quality and shortages since their CPO tankers are inspected, seals checked and offloaded in the supervision of expatriates, who check, measure, test, and interpret cargo to the drop.

  02 Dry Cargo

  Throughout vessel discharge, bagging, container stuffing, and stripping. I.I.C.L provides tally, surveying, and consultancy for cargo transfers of various bulk, containerized and break-bulk commodities with qualified and professional cargo surveyors. Through expatriate cargo surveys and keen focus on data capturing, our team uses their skills and resources to work together with the cargo handlers, which allows us to act quickly and effectively. Our on-site chief tally supervisors act for and on behalf of our customers to identify problems before they arise and prevent loss or contamination of cargo. If cargo issues do arise, customers are kept abreast with real-time communications, alerting them to situations in order to mitigate damage, prevent the loss, and set up a strategic plan for moving forward.

  03 Petroleum & Petrochemical Products

  Our technicians offer invaluable industry experience with the added value of local knowledge, specific to each region we represent. They will happily support clients requiring third party analytical services or can take charge of your in-house quality control requirements while you focus on your core business. All of our oil and gas laboratories operate under the most stringent quality and HSE controls and hold accreditation's including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 17025. We superintend product transfer from one terminal to another or between tanks in the same or separate tank farms within the same terminal or depot. During these petroleum custody transfers from one terminal to the next, we accurately test measure and make sure that transactions are equitable. Some of the products handed in such transfers include refined petroleum products such as LPG, Mogas, Gasoil, and Fuel oil.
